Event Coordination

Investment starting at $3,500

Perfect for couples who’ve done most of the planning but want expert support in the final stretch. We’ll step in to tie all the details together and ensure a smooth, stress-free wedding day.

Includes:

  • 30-minute planning call 60 days out (via phone or Zoom, scheduled by availability)

  • Unlimited phone & email support beginning 6 weeks prior (during business hours)

  • Wedding planning guide + vendor recommendations (client books directly)

  • Vendor contract review

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline

  • Floor plan design & rental order review

  • 1 coordinating assistant on wedding day (2nd assistant required for events over 175 guests)

  • Set-up of all personal ceremony & reception décor (restrictions apply; tables, chairs, and place settings require full-service caterer or event staff)

  • Wedding rehearsal coordination (1 hour)

  • Wedding ceremony & reception management

  • Overseeing reception timeline (dances, speeches, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss, etc.)

  • Collecting and securing gifts & cards

  • Dispersal of final vendor payments & tips

  • Ensuring clean-up meets venue requirements (full-service caterer/event staff required for non-personal items)

Important Note:
 Any communication outside the scope of services above will be billed at $175/hour. This includes, but is not limited to, calls, texts, or emails with the coordinator, family members, bridal party, or vendors.

Partial Planning

Investment starting at $4,800

Ideal for couples who want extra support throughout their planning journey. We’ll guide you from booking to wedding day with expert advice, hands-on help, and recommendations across the Central Coast.

Includes:

  • 1 in-person meeting (can be used for site tours, rental appointments, tastings, etc.)
    Additional in-person meetings available for a fee

  • 1-hour planning call 60 days out (via phone or Zoom, scheduled by availability)

  • Unlimited phone & email support from booking until your event (during business hours)

  • Helpful planning tips and resources throughout the process

  • Wedding planning guide + vendor recommendations (client books directly)

  • Vendor contract review

  • Creation of a detailed day-of timeline

  • Floor plan design & rental order review

  • 1 coordinating assistant on wedding day (2nd assistant required for events over 175 guests)

Both packages include a 30-minute complimentary consultation to discuss event needs and vision. Prices are based on events of 175 guests or less and may vary based on additional services and travel fees. Travel fees will apply to events outside of a 75 mile radius. Final quotes are sent via email.
